Custom Report Builder

The report builder is now available in Graspil. You can create custom reports based on the events you need, using complex filters (AND/OR), groupings, and aggregations.

Available report types

1. Trends — Select one or multiple events, configure aggregation, and track dynamics over time.

2. Funnels — Build conversion funnels based on selected events.

3. Retention — Analyze user retention and return rates by events.

You can also build cross-channel reports — for example, a funnel: channel subscription → bot launch → purchase.
